Responsibilities & Duties: Patient Advocacy: Support patients in incorporating medical marijuana into their treatment plans. Comprehensive Evaluations: Conduct thorough assessments of patients for the medical cannabis program. Accurate Documentation: Maintain precise and up-to-date notes and medical records using our electronic medical records (EMR) system. Requirements: Licensing: Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) license to practice in Mississippi. Preferably already Cannabis certified in Mississippi. Certification: DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) and Controlled Substance License. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using technology, specifically our in-house EMR system (training will be provided).
